The Truth Project Leader Training DVD (running time 55 min.) was produced to further clarify your roles as a facilitator, to further instill the vision and strategy of TTP and to encourage you in this journey of transformation.

Please call 1.800.AFAMILY and ask for "The Truth Project Leader Training DVD" to receive your complimentary copy.

A suggested donation of $5 is appreciated.

Accessing the Small Group Support Site

Ttplogosmall One of the aspects of The Truth Project that gets us excited is the possibility for exponential multiplication within each small group.  As leaders take 10-12 participants through the study, we are finding that several attendees are becoming leaders themselves.  This life-on-life discipleship model is being played out all over the world as participants become leaders, and subsequently begin to lead their own Truth Project small group.

To assist your participants in the multiplication process, you should be proactive in training them on how to access the Small Group Support Site.  Once logged in, each participant can download the Lesson Guide, view over 90 hours of streaming video, read articles written by Dr. Tackett and ultimately become a leader and purchase their own Truth Project DVD set.

Here's a quick reminder on how your participants access the Small Group Support Site:

1. Visit our home page
2. Click on "Connect
3. Click on "Create a New Participant Account"
4. Participants must enter their Leader's email address
5. Participants must enter their Leader's Zip Code
6. Complete the self-registration
7. Browse the Site!

It is that simple!  Once online, your participants can purchase a copy of the DVD set and begin leading additional groups in your community.

Small Group Leader Roles

Our team just returned from Hawaii and are gearing up for our next regional training in Louisville, KY on October 12-13.  We are grateful for those of you who joined us over the last three weeks in Pittsburgh, Chattanooga and Honolulu.  In just three weeks, we trained almost 1,000 leaders.  Many of you are ready to lead a small group right now!  I wanted to remind you of your 3 roles in facilitating The Truth Project small group.

Here are three quick tips on your respective roles:

1. Prayer:  The most important thing you can do on behalf of all those who join your group is to pray by name for them each week.  Pray that God will reveal Himself to them, that He would do His work in their lives and that they would not run away from coming "face to face" with Him.

2. Hospitality: This role is more than simply great brownies and strong coffe, though those help!  Create a welcoming environment free of distraction, which should lead toward authentic, intimate community.

3. Shepherd: As you heard at the conference, the discussion component might well be the most joyful time you share with your participants.  Guide the discussion, keep it on track, make sure to keep comments positive and insure you allow quieter individuals in your group to have the opportunity to speak.

Finally, cherish this opportunity to have a first row seat on what God is doing in the lives of those who join your small group.

Soli Deo Gloria!
